In a peaceful setting, this detached cottage, adjacent to the owners&rsquo; home, is located 550 yards from the village centre, with supermarket, pub and restaurant, takeaway, swimming pool and play park 550 yards away, making it an ideal holiday base and boasting lovely views to the mountains beyond. The area is renowned for its outdoor pursuits, breath taking scenery and abundant wildlife. Both Glencoe Mountain Resort and Fort William, known as the &lsquo;Outdoor capital of the UK&rsquo;, are only a short drive. Nearby activities include mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, kayaking, walking, golf and fishing. Travel on the West Highland Steam Train (as depicted in the Harry Potter movie) to Mallaig, crossing the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct, or visit some of the unspoilt beaches, castles, museums, and distilleries. Boat trips to the inner isles including Mull and Iona are easily accessible, or take a day exploring the Ardnamurchan Peninsula.
