The farm is located ~ 0.5 km from the road and is easy to find. It's very quiet there. The house also has a living room on the first floor with comfy sofas. There is plenty of room to park a car just near the entrance to the building. Shona
(the host) is charming, and helpful, and offers a great and tasty breakfast.

The location was very convenient for an overnight stay on our way up to the Isles.
Our hosts were lovely and looked after us very well. They gave us tips for local walks from the house and local eateries. The village pub was a 2 minute walk away and served good homemade food.
Our room was extremely comfortable with a modern ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and they catered for all our dietary needs.
We would definitely stay again.

Brand new hobbit type hut for those of us who are April camping averse! Good to have own toilet and warm water. Kettle provided too. Tiny heater was super efficient warming the place up but pleased we had our heavier duty sleeping bags. Mattresses were standard hostel type and suited us. Showers available but not used. Very pleasant chatty manager.

The place was lovely staff were really friendly the beds were comfy which was needed after a long day's hike
The village is small with one shop. The local pub serves good food. The problem I encountered was to do with the misleading mileage on the West Highland Way from Rowardennan. It was actually 22 miles and over half of it over very rocky/muddy paths alongside Loch Lomond. Getting to and staying at Crianlarich was a nice relief

Crianlarich is the village at the gateway to the Highlands proper, as you travel up the A82. Station, post office, pub, hotel, village shop all good (no cafe at the moment, it was on the station platform but closed in August 2023). Only a few spots (e.g. the railway station) have a 4G signal. Several accommodation options including the upmarket Hotel. Food at the hotel, or at the Rod & Reel, or 10 min up the road in Tyndrum.

This is a great location for walkers and climbers.
This is a great location for walkers and climbers. There are a few munro in area and Ben Nevis is close by if you are interested, personally I have tried Ben More in the past but it's quite a dangerous climb if the weather closes in.
The cabin was lovely, it was built in front of some pine trees and it felt like being out in the wilderness when it was quiet. The village of Crianlarich is a 10 minute walk, there is a pub a shop and a hotel there with a public bar.
I arrived with a lot of luggage and when my check out day arrived, the chap who runs the place kindly gave me a lift to the hotel for the next part of my journey.
The accomodation will be fantastic in the warmer weather, and I believe that there are BBQ facilities available.
A lovely property and garden with attentive owners. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Home produced food available at breakfast. Good porridge. Much attention to detail. Very good location. Short drive to restaurants. Well behaved and lovable 'Ellie' the dog. The best property on our 13 night NC500 trip. Superb value for money. Wish we could have stayed longer.
John was a wonderful host and he went the extra mile to help us whilst walking the West Highland Way. Room was very comfortable and our breakfast was excellent. My daughter and I loved our stay here, if your on the West Highland Way this is a great spot to stay not far of the trail, Crianlarich has everything you need but make sure you stay here..
Our host Shona went above and beyond. We were very late because of a road closure...she kept in touch with information and was waiting for us at the end of a very stressful journey. Covid care was evident and well- organised, without encroaching on our enjoyment.Everything was wonderful for us and we completely endorse the other positive reviews.
The communal areas were large and well equipped. A nice place to eat, and relax. The staff gave a warm welcome and were very helpful. Lovely location too. It was a nice touch to have usb charging points in the bedroom too. The shop down the road had ample supplies for food for dinner, and the bar in the best western hotel was nice for a drink.
From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and attentive. The hotel was pleasant and the room good and comfortable. We were particularly struck by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff that we met. We noticed this not only from our own treatment but from the way the staff helped and considered others around us.
Was upgraded to main hotel for a comfortable one night stay. Staff were most welcoming. Traditional breakfast service was a pleasant alternative to the all too familiar semi-warm help yourself option that is normally offered. Both service and food excellent. Good size room and comfortable bed appreciated.
They actually had a medical thing come up, so booked us next door. We showed up, they apologized profusely, but it was all the same to us! Both places are cute homes in Crianlarich, just off the WHW and an easy walk to dinner. Everyone at both houses was quite lovely!
The couple that ran this bed and breakfast were so kind and accommodating. The room was very cost with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was also delicious and they went above and beyond in preparation. It was a perfect place to stay while hiking the West Highland Way.
We stayed here during our hike of the West Highland Way. It was much needed rest after a long day. The hotel was very well maintained and the room was large and comfortable. Will definitely be back to stay here again. Hopefully for longer next time.
Veronica and Colin clearly take pride in providing their guests with exceptional food and accommodations. The quality of their facility was incomparable thus far on the way. We have stayed in many lovely places, but theirs is full of loving touches.
A spacious comfortable room, good tea and coffee facilities, information about the hotel in the room, it was clean.
The staff were friendly and the food good, a good choice on the menu and a well stocked bar.
Nice cosy lodge, and warm, perfect for drying out my boarding gear. friendly staff and the bar had a good selection for the evening. The dinner menu was also very nice
very friendly hosts who had great local knowledge. the property is really close to restaurants and the shop which was perfect after a long day walking.
