Upon entering the location you feel as if you’re in Japan with all the bamboos on the side of the road. The facility as a whole is great and you have couple of options in dining. I would like to add also I was late upon arriving for happy hour. It ran from 4pm-6pm. I arrived 5:40pm and I asked mgmt if they can extend happy hour so I can take advantage of the price and they happily extended happy hour for me until I was finished which was 7:30pm. I really appreciate mgmt for doing this for me

Cool Martin Family Hotel and Resort is situated in Bacoor, 13 km from Mall of Asia Arena and 13 km from SMX Convention Center. I had a clean and spacious room which also had a wonderful balcony which I used every night sipping a cold Red Horse. The staff are exceptionally well informed, friendly, available and ready to help but without ever becoming intrusive. They always answered my questions and helped me with my needs. They are a very pleasant staff. The resort is very relaxing and as I had a business / holiday it was just so perfect. I thanked for such a great time. I wholeheartedly recommend this for a British person as SM Bacoor is so close. There are pedicycles at your finger tips. And great restaurants a road crossing away.
