I need a whole refund as I never stayed in Pangulatan Beach Resort. The journey to the resort was so unpleasant, dusty and the tricycle driver actually refused to take me as it was long and rough road. He offered to take with a cost of Pesos 1,500.00. He suggested once we arrived in the Crossing, I need to wait for a van to take me to the Pangulatan Beach Resort. It was a blessing that he waited for me but hours passed by and he decided to take me to the Pangulatan with a value of Pesos 1,500.00.
I totally paid Rey, tricycle driver Pesos 3,500.00 as his tricycle was badly used with the rough and dusty road.

Definitely worth a look. Excellent everything from the location, beautiful beaches nearby, friendly staff, delicious food. I had a pleasant surprise as I celebrated my birthday during the holidays and the staff sang me happy birthday and gave me a cake with a candle.

It was supposed to be"Fast check-in " according to your details. Qe arrived at 4pm and finally got to the bedroom after 7pm. Three rooms were unacceptable as the they were very damp and the smell of dampness was terrible. Even the curtains in some rooms had mould on them. The receptionist dealing with our case was not interested..
There was a lot of leaks in the corridor outside our room. The containers for water and tiwels on the floors were everywhere.
This hotel had the air of neglect. I'm sure it must have been grand once upon a time.
