Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

We had a lovely stay. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. The portions were colossal, we were always full until dinner. If you're considering a trip to Wayanad, make Serene Crest your home during the stay.

Everyone who worked at Pleasant Hill Resort was friendly and helpful - from the reception staff to the restaurant and cleaning staff to the drivers and the manager, Vinod. Additionally, the food and service was excellent; I especially loved the fresh avocado juice for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the view was spectacular. Our stay was peaceful and so memorable. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a hidden gem of a place! It was absolutely wonderful to stay here in every way. The staff are all amazing and the rooms are dooo beautiful snd tasteful and the views are dreamily breathtaking. The private beach was much larger than expected and absolutely beautiful.

The food was tasty and we had planned to leave the resort at 5:30 am to head over to the safari, and the staff had prepared sandwiches for us to take along! It was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it.
