The apartment offered everything we needed and even an extra wish was granted to us for which we thank the staff very much! The washing machine was of great benefit and we were so happy to be able to wash our clothes. Ideas for further improvements: 1) a small shelf near the sink in the bathroom would have been useful; 2) pasting some fabric on the bottom sides of the legs of the chairs should prevent the horrible noise when sliding the chairs on the floor.

Very responsive and accommodating host - our flight got cancelled (moved forward) and we asked to extend the stay to which she re-shuffled her existing bookings to make sure we stay in the same room for one extra night, which was greatly appreciated!

Joel, and his team Patrick, Luke Kenneth, provided great service and seemed to take that extra bit of care to ensure all our luggage was secure and well managed. The pool staff, particularly the lifeguard did a great job ensuring the amenity of the area and safety of everyone in the pool. This was the second time within 3 weeks that we stayed here. having a major shopping mall across the road is very convenient. Happy to recommend this hotel
