The five-star Victorian style Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch is situated within an urban country estate within the city. The amazing manager Karim. He was so nice. Booking is a horrible website for tricking people into buying things and don't deliver. I booked a room with breakfast. Paid extra, but when I confirm the booking I did not get the breakfast. I told Mr Karim the story and he was so kind to offer us breakfast on the house. What a classy gentleman. Thank You Mr. Karim.

El personal de recepción no era muy amable. El personal que lleva las maletas si. El hotel estaba bonito, pero no se si 5 estrellas. La zona está un poco apartada. Solo esta para ir el mall.
