One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, EVER. Huge room especially by Japanese standards. Everything very modern and updated. Super friendly staff and beautiful views all around. Just downstairs in the building you will find both a mini mart and a pharmacy. So convenient for those last minute things you forgot to pack. Easy walk to the train station. We made the walk multiple time and it’s totally doable. Even with all luggage and middle of summer was not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

There was a good selection of free amenities as well. We could not hear any noises from the outside which was one of our worries. The staff was extremely nice and attentive; they even gave us four umbrellas on the day we were checking out because of heavy rain. We told them we could not return them and they insisted on giving them to us.

I like the atmosphere of the hotel. It is a bit old but it has charm and character. If you are big fan of antique look and feel of hotel, you will love this place. Plus, the location is actually pretty good, really close to Okazaki park and Okazaki castle. In addition to it, the hotel is close to 2 local train; Aichi loop line and Meitetsu line.

Loved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.

The location is perfect if you have an early flight and a lot of luggage. I stayed in their Standard Double Room for a 10 am flight and had five big luggage. The room itself was big enough to fit them all with a modern layout and furniture. It is close to the departure area as well as the train station and they provide luggage trolley near the lift so you can just put all your luggages coming out from your room. I did some last-minute shopping using the free shuttle bus to the AEON mall which is another plus thing to consider. Definitely our go-to hotel if we need to fly out from Nagoya airport.

The room was very clean, the beds are super comfy and they have prepared 3 different kinds of pillows ( 1 hard pillow, 1 feather soft pillow and 1 throw pillow) for each bed which made my sleep very comfortable and relaxing since I am used to sleep using 2 pillows. Located near to public teansport both train and bus. The staff were exceedingly professional, helpful, and friendly. We also were able to book our day trip tickets to legoland, which was super helpful. There's a public onsen for both men and women segregated away from each other. They also have optional smoking rooms upon request.Will definitely stay with the vessel hotel again.
