Just 50 metres from the Vajolet ski slopes, X Alp Hotel is 1.5 km from Pozza Di Fassa’s centre. It provides ski rental and ski passes, along with a wellness area. We had brilliant service from the hotel receptionists since we checked in all the way until we checked out. We had an issue with our rented car because we lost the key and they helped us a lot by talking in Italian to the rental car agency and explaining all the situation. They even got us desert as a courtesy in our dinner because of our bad moment.

Breakfast is tasty, staff very king and helpful, room was warm and big enough for two people. We appreciated ski room with shoe heaters. Free parking next to the house. I am happy to recommend and come back!

We originally booked a double room but then our daughter decided she wanted to join us. The hotel were able to change our booking with no fuss at all. The owner was very welcoming on our arrival. Our room was warm, a good size and had a small balcony. There was a good continental -style breakfast. The hotel is close to one of the main ski lifts and a short drive to Canazei. A really good choice for anyone looking for comfortable, convenient and good value accommodation for a ski trip in the beautiful Val di Fassa.

Such a cosy hotel with exceptionaly friendly but professional staff! The location was great to visit other places. The food was exceptional! Lots of parking outside and inside the garages! The hotel has an excellent heating system, and we were warm all the time in the room and throughout the hotel. Swiming pool, big water slide for kids, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna all great, and we had lots of fun. We are coming back to this hotel soon. We had some issues with the room, the immediately helped to solve and made us comfortable, as soon as a room became available, they even upgraded us to a suite which was so kind of them. The view from the room was amazing overlooking the Dolomites, the pool was great with good massage function to back and neck. The staff was professional and friendly, it has a very good management team behind. Last but not least, the best part was the gastronomy, it is sooooo good, I would highly recommend others to take the half board accommodation!
