In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. Vi tyckte om det vänligta mottagandet, frukosten var suveränt och läget bra. Vi kom dock den 1 januari så öppethållandet var begränsat. Övertygad om att det är ett toppenställe när det är mer i säsong.

This is a truly magical place. The setting is paradise. You sense the history of this 16th century pub while also appreciating the attention to details and refurbishments that are happening. The food is some of the best you’ll have. The staff exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of this place.

The location was absolutely stunning—we loved the proximity to the Pennine Way. Our rooms were clean, newly remodeled, just lovely. The pub and restaurant were atmospheric and cosy with delicious food.
