We booked 'Corrie house' due to its location, WOW !!! THOSE VIEWS !!! The Lounge and our bedroom had the most amazing views of any property we've ever stayed in. The property overlooks the marina at Craobh Haven and the numerous surrounding west coast Scottish isles. Our Hosts Roger & Sally whilst relative newcomers to the B & B business were outstanding hosts. Our arrival was marked with a complimentary beverage as Roger explained those stunning views, the location of the local pub along the pathway below and recommendations as to what's good to see during our weeks stay. Our bedroom was well proportioned had an outside balcony and benefited from numerous quality furnishings, dressing table TV, tea/coffee making tray etc & ample wardrobe space to hang/store our clothing. The ensuite bathroom was fitted to a very high standard and included nice touches such as a button on the wall to pre-heat the walk in shower, plus bath robes with slippers. Corrie House offered the most amazing fresh cooked breakfast using only quality ingredients that were well prepared and arrived in ample portion sizes. Table service was managed by Roger, .........nothing was too much trouble. We thought it wise to pre-order 4 evening meals prior to our arrival at Corrie House, again the quality of the evening meal dishes coming from the kitchen shone out. (help-diet) We'd brought our 15yr Border Terrier with us, he was made to feel most welcome by Roger & Sally (and other guests) The property has a large decking area in which to sit and enjoy westerly views, there's even a hot tub and a garden for guests to use. Corrie House is stated as 5 star B & B. It truly is,....Elaine & I really appreciated our home from home. Thank you xx

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the location is outstanding. Breakfast is wonderful. It's a great place we wished we'd had more time to stay at.

We stayed in six different hotels on our visit to Scotland. This was the best one. We were greeted by a lovely and smart Australian lady who explained everything we needed to know about our stay in Oban. This hotel had no lift but the staff are more than willing to help you with your luggage should you wish so. The hotel itself is a lovely period house with a lovely view of the sea. The living room is to die for, I could sit there all day just staring out of the window. The room is very trendy and original. The shower room was quite spacious and stocked with all the toiletries you need. We had a lovely breakfast, cooked to order but they also bring a small tray with a mini croissant and a juice at your door before you go down for breakfast. They have a well stocked bar in the living room which is unmanned, you just write down the drinks you have and your room number so its aptly called the honesty bar! The location is around 15 minuted on foot to the city centre, the walk itself is lovely.

Den hundevenlige Bellachroy er Isle of Mulls ældste kro, der blev etableret i 1608 som en wayested for drovers. Gæsterne kan nyde udsigten over Loch Cuin og Dervaig landsby fra ejendommen. Everything was perfect. The scenery around the hotel is just so beautiful with a lot to do (walking around Calgary beach, walking around Glengorm castle). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices. Our room (family room) was enormous so was the bathroom, very well decorated and absolutely charming. Obviously everything is perfectly clean. And finally the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
