The traditionally built, historic wood and stone house Flyhof in Weesen is a family-owned hotel, set directly at the shores of Lake Walen. It was our second time, and we hope to be back. Seminarhotel Lihn enjoys a quiet location in Filzbach on the Kerenzerberg plateau. It offers panoramic views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten mountain and free Wi-Fi. It was very good! Comfortable, clean and with an amazing view.

On the slopes of the Flumserberg Mountain, Hotel Bergheim is a 2-minute drive from Flums and the Tannenheim Ski Area. Great hosts, amazing breakfast (quantity and variety), very clean and comfortable. Bus stop right in front of the building.

Just 300 metres from the Maschgenkamm Cable Car, the Cristal Hotel is right next to the slopes and a ski lift of the Tannenboden/Flumserberg Ski Area. Very nice family run hotel 3 min walk from the gondola. Clean and comfortable room, comfy beds, bathroom very clean. Nice lobby area. Easy check in. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Excellent breakfast - great variety, fresh food, tasty freshly baked bread, home made jams, good coffee. All in all we loved our short stay.

Rooms at Hotel Sonne feature panoramic windows with a view of the Glarus Alps. The hotel is just 4 km away from Walensee Lake and Wi-Fi is free in public areas. View was sensational. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was great value. Beautiful ice cream at lunch time.

Set at the entrance of the Glarus Alps, lintharena ag enjoys a quiet location in Näfels. It offers rooms with private bathrooms and cable TV as well as 4 bed rooms with shared bathroom on the floor. Location - easy to reach with public transportation. Beautiful mountains and green hills around. I liked the minimalist style and cleaniness of the whole hotel incl. restaurant, swimming pools and sauna area. My kids enjoyed the water slide, outdoor playground and football field so much (we borrowed a football ball at the hotel). The staff were very pleasant and attentive.
