Lokacija hotela je odlicna, tik ob jezeru. Nekaj minut peshoje od hotela je postajalisce za ladijski prevoz do mesta Luzern. Ladja vozi vsako uro. Osebje zelo prijazno. Pripravili so nam lunch paket, ker smo en dan ze zgodaj sli na izlet in nismo imeli zajtrka v hotelu. Zajtrk je okusen in se kar raznovrsten.

We arrive around 7, staff was welcoming and friendly. We stayed in room 1 which is a ground floor with terrace which had a great view of Lucerne mountains! Dinner in the restaurant was great, and the continental breakfast had lots of options including hot food. We hung out at the indoor and outdoor pool in the morning before we left- also beautiful views.

The hotel is located at the bank of Lake Lucerne with magnificent views toward the surrounding hills and the lake. It is mesmerizing. The establishment run by a wonderful Family with passion, professionalism and personal touch. Each guests welcomed and treated with care and love. Since I had my birthday on the weekend - we have received an upgrade to a beautiful suite which was full window, overlooking lake Lucerne, within the suite there was a jacuzzi. The location is quiet, yet, many things to do around. You can also take boat trip, go for a hike, etc. Within a hotel there is a fantastic restaurant - with great Chef and culinary, hospitality team - which is popular by locals and tourists equally. The food is amazing - we had Asian food. The breakfast offers healthy food with fresh local ingredients, from farmers near by - on the buffet menu: fresh cuts, various breads, cheese, fruits, vegetables, sweets, and hot drink and eggs offered everyone as per their taste. The Service Team is the Gem of this hotel - we were just humbled by the treatment of the Team. There is a safe, free underground parking with plenty of places. Thank you very much for the special birthday arrangement, the upgrade, the birthday cake, the kind celebration and chocolates. We are already planning our return trip and waiting to spend few days at the hotel. Our experience was magical, and exceeded our expectation. Yvett

I fell in love with this hotel. Right on the lake, with lively terrace for breakfast, drinks/tea, dinner. By great good fortune, I had a corner room with a huge terrace. Truly, I did not want to leave. Clean, spacious, comfortable, great shower/tub! And views, views, views!!! Please read in the "negative " section where I refute some others' negative reviews. Location is just perfect! If you’re using public transport to get there, the bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Mesmerizing view from the balcony, beautiful garden and interiors of the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a small supermarket couple minutes from the hotel. Definitely worth to visit. Our stay was exceptional.
