especially the ambience of the hotel was very nice and the interest and service of the hotel staff was also very good
The hotel was very modern and the room very spacious and comfortable. They organise activities for the same day on spot at the reception. We booked with them an ATV sunset ride and the private tour and they were both very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. We had as well dinner and drinks at the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Spa seemed nice but we did not have the chance to use it as we were busy all days long with activities outside.
Fantastic location with a perfect sunrise view of all the balloons and valley from the rooftop. Incredible spacious room felt really unique. Staff was friendly and helpful in organizing tours or recommendations for dinner. Definitely recommend
Absolutely amazing staff....they were so welcoming and helpful. Would recommend asking them for dinner as they made us a fantastic BBQ a couple of nights. Rooms and facilities are basic but clean and they have excellent views of the balloons and rose valley.
Rustic, full of character
The welcome, the hospitality, the atmosphere, the room, the advice. A manager who listens and who introduces us to Turkish traditions, gives us advice on what to visit and the good restaurants in the area. He also helped us book a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and varied, we discovered quite a few new foods. Finally, what can we say about the room and the guest house, which is sublime!
Very good breakfast and dinner. Especially dinner Very good hamam sauna and thermal pool. Women's hamam has a eucalyptus sauna. My wife likes it very much. Location good to visit Ankara by car
We loved everything about this hotel. Got the best night's sleep in a long time! Staff were amazing, spa and Turkish bath fantastic and restaurant for breakfast and dinner out of this world......loved every moment at your fabulous hotel.
Staff are lovely and the room was great. We really enjoyed the restaurant as well for dinner. They also have a wine tap which was cool! Lobby area and pool area were beautiful however the pool was drained during our stay unfortunately.
The owners make you feel welcome and are ready to help you with any of your questions/wishes. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Our room was on the ground floor, no view, but it was cosy and comfortable. It also seemed like a quieter corner of the town, at the same time it's a really short walk till a sunrise viewpoint or to the beginning of the pigeon valley trail. I booked the hot air balloon ride via the hotel, and it was a magical experience, with a great crew.
Great location for the hot air balloons, the lunch/dinner food was delicious, cocktails were nice and I liked the rustic cave aesthetic. Staff were friendly and helpful, they arranged my Covid test and printed it as well. The spa was nice, although it was part of the sister hotel.
