Jackalope Cabin is a 1955 homestead that has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully remodeled to evoke American Southwest and Rustic Scandinavian cabin vibes. The 2 bedroom house sleeps 4 guests. Jackalope Cabin is the perfect haven for those seeking a romantic getaway, quiet retreat, or destination to disconnect from busy life while you relax and entertain family & friends. The Cabin has a dedicated work space and reliable internet for those looking for the ultimate work-from-anywhere experience. From the moment you pull up to the house, you'll find plenty of special moments and artful touches to help you wind down and enjoy the beauty of slow desert living! Jackalope cabin is centrally located about 18 minutes from the west entrance of Joshua Tree National Park and about 20 mins from the Integratron. Please note you will have to drive about 3/4 of a mile on a well compacted dirt road. Four wheel drive or high clearance vehicles are not needed. 𝐏𝐄𝐓 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 We welcome pets in our home. Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs are allowed with pre-approval. Kindly clean up after your pets. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring furry friends. If you have cats, please inquire before booking. Our pet policy: under 60 lbs, house-trained, all breeds welcome (non-aggressive), and pets should not be left unattended inside or must be crated. 𝐒𝐌𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐂𝐘 We are a smoke-free house. Please be advised that we enforce a penalty for this rule.

This home is located in a vastly open part of the Joshua Tree Desert and accessible by short drive on a dirt road. Please be aware that the property is not fenced. Please note there is no public transit, Uber, Lyft, or ride share service. Taxi's may be available with enough notice.
