We are Australians but permanent residents of Bali & have spent our last few years in Bali renovating & also traveling around Bali & Indonesia. We have 2 rottweilers on the property & they will shower you with kisses & licks if you want to spend any time with them. We have a huge 40 metre long pool which , like all Balinese pools ,is not fenced. Please ensure that children can swim before you consider staying here as we are very safety conscious.

Villa Costa Plenty has just undergone a 2 year renovation, thus the name of the property. The owners are Australians who live permanently in Bali and love their beautiful home set on 3/4 acre in quiet, family oriented Sanur. The property has separate suites set in the grounds & they overlook the 40 metre long pool & beautiful gardens. Enjoy the family atmosphere & the join the family for meals if you wish or listen to their tips on Bali travel & shopping & restaurants Each of the suites have huge rooms & enormous beds. This area is a essentially an ex-pat area with no local compounds, so there are no chickens or pigs at the back fence. The street is not a through road and the area is very quiet. There are local shops, restaurants & warungs close by & the beach & town are is a flat 1 km walk. Taxis are really cheap & readily available. Cars with or without drivers can be hired quite cheaply as can motorbikes & bicycles. You will need an international drivers license as your country of origin license is not acceptable. None of neighbours nor ourselves have ever felt threatened or been robbed and the Balinese really go out of their way to give assistance in every way. There is a lot to do in Bali but most things will require time in a tour vehicle to get there. Distances are not far but traffic is slow & roads are very narrow
