Newly opening in autumn 2018, the hostel has a wide range of air-conditioned rooms. All rooms feature chic design, innovative beds and a lockable rollaway container for personal belongings. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Location was really good as right in the center and close to the train station. I liked the bunks and the way it was situated in the way of back to back, so it gave more privacy. And bunks were quieter to climb up. Really like the little shelf space made for the items right by the pillow.

Rooms in individual compartments of an old train carriage, and uniquely styled mobile homes with themes ranging from flower power to space shuttle are offered by this hostel. Free WiFi is also available. It's so bizzare and perfect, one of my most memorable hotel stays ever. We got to sleep in the caravan and it was just the best, and walking past all this is incomparable with any normal hotel room stay I have ever done. 10/10

Backpackers Düsseldorf provides bright and modern dormitory and lounge areas. Rooms at the hostel are non-smoking, and guests enjoy free use of lockers. Clean, good location, bed linen and towel are super clean, good breakfast (toasts, cerials, nutella/honey/butter e t c and of coffee), fast wireless charge for each bed. In the hall there are darts and some table games (we played a bit, it was fun). And what melt my heart is a small haribo pack for each guest when you come😍 Strongly recommend this hostel. If i'll be in Dusseldorf again will stay in this one. Thanks guys, you are the best😊

The hostel offers continental breakfast and guests can also book a lunch and dinner buffet. Great place. We had a double room and it was quite large. Room also had a sink which is great. The shared bathrooms always have shampoo (which is also shower gel), and are quite clean. There is no hair dryer though. The food is also a very good bonus for the price. It is the same every day but you can diversify. Staff is also kind they very kind and helped a lot. They let us leave the baggages on the last day because our flight was in the evening. For us it was a 10/10 stay and would recommend to everyone.

The property is non-smoking and is set 500 metres from Essen Central Station. This was my third booking in the hostel. I personally and my friend were so happy with the hostel. The staff is very kind and helpful. It is a really clean hostel. Each time I got surprised seeing the bathrooms clean. We did not feel that they are like shared ones. In a great location. Less than 5 min go essen hbf which is a great bhf with frequent train options to cities like köln/bonn/dusseldorf/münster. For sure a next time again place for me!
