Everything in this stay is perfect!! We had a room with pool and ocean view. The pool is really cool, and they have several places for you to lay beneath it. And, as mentioned in other reviews, the access to the beach could not be more direct! They let you borrow snorkeling equipment (yes, for free!), and doing it right in the beach is amazing! We saw so many different fishes, including a turtle! The breakfast is very good, and they give you the option to take it (and any other meal) in the restaurant, in the pool or in the room. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful! This was an amazing stay, and we regretted not staying longer!

The location is the absolute best! You are right on the beach and can go snorkeling to see a bunch of fish and even turtles. Waking up and overlooking the ocean was just fabulous. The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. Wifi and air-conditioning worked well. They offer scooter rentals and have a small dive shop as well. You get a nice but simple breakfast every morning and the communication with staff was always nice, helpful and easy. It's really good value for money! I recommend taking one of the sea view rooms!

Great location, beachfront with swimming and snorkeling out the front, plenty of warungs/restaurants/bars all close by. Restaurant and bar at resort is great, good selection of meals and drinks at very reasonable prices, you could easily just eat and drink here without blowing the budget. We ate several times during 4-night stay. Breakfast was included and very nice (not a huge selection). Pool is clean and refreshing. Rooms were clean and comfortable and serviced every day. Loved absolutely everything about Sama Sama, and I can’t believe the room I was in was a “budget room”. It was spacious, spotless clean, I was given more than one towel, lovely little terrace with chairs, a table and a bench. Charming little garden as well, with staff constantly cleaning up the outdoors area. Breakfast is served at their restaurant just across the road, and you have many choices and it’s simply delicious. I also ended up eating at the restaurant for most of my meals since the food was soooo good! Plus the location can’t be beaten, especially if you come here for snorkelling. You can rent the equipment from reception, and go straight snorkeling, as the property is basically on the beach. Plus you can use the sunbeds for free, which is quite handy as it’s a pebbled beach.
