The lady in the hotel was very gentle and helpful. Due to the fires in Portugal I could not make the initial reservation and showed up in the hotel three days earlier. Well appointed: kitchen- could easily prepare meal, furnished comfortably. Quiet location. Ideal for two guests; suitable for 4. Nice private outside terrace. Easy to get to by car. Within walking distance to Gaia and Porto. Friendly, helpful host.

The hosts went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful; they even upgraded my room after I made a booking mistake! I found it comfy, felt safe, and appreciated using the shared kitchen. The garden and patio were relaxing when the weather was nice. The proximity to shops and the metro (about two blocks) was convenient.

I really liked staying in the apartment. It's nice and clean, very well situated, close to the metro stop, close to the bridge over which you can walk to Porto....Ana, the owner, as well as Eliana and Sonia are very nice, friendly and helpful people, so the atmosphere was very pleasant. The possibility of leaving the luggage there after checking out was a big plus.

Super! The staff is very, very nice and service minded. The offering to get me a transfer from the airport in the middle of the night was the start of a wonderful week. Clean! Liked the kitchen shared with the other guests, and be able to have some food in the fridge. A bit from center so it's calm and felt secure at night.
