Our favorite place to stay in Florence! Beds are so comfortable that we wanted to stay longer to get real sleep! Luca with his final touch and professionalism make you feel like you are in a 5 ⭐️ Hotel and more than that! Location couldn’t be better!

Location was very convenient. Walking distance to all the places we wanted to go to. Train station very close by. The breakfast across the street at a café was good, too. Above all, most helpful and kind people in charge. Samuela was fantastic. Gave us lots of tips on various things; she also found us several non-gluten options for restaurants. Rina, who took over from her on the weekend, was also very kind. Since we'd been having trouble with cabs not turning up a couple of times, she personally made sure that we were safely on our way to the train station the day we left. Many thanks to them both.

Allotjament fantàstic ja només pel fet que des de la finestra veus el Duomo i estàs en ple centre històric. Però, a més, està molt net, tens una cuineta ben preparada i els llits són còmodes. T'entens perfectament amb els amos per whatsapp i el darrer dia, si et cal, tens lloc on deixar les maletes. Pel preu que té està realment molt bé.

We enjoyed everything, from the architecture, to the decoration, breathtaking views, breakfast was super delicious and with different options of cakes/salty both mornings of our stay.. I can express my happiness enough. It was one of the most beautiful places I visited and I will definitely be back (plus recommend it to my friends and family)

The place is very new and very comfortable. Extremely worth for the price! I was also able to check in very late (23:00). One thing I really loved about the hotel was the high ceiling. It makes the room feel more spacious.
