Set on a broad, tree-lined street in the heart of the arts and cultural district, 30 Bencoolen offers a cool, contemporary ambience in an ideal central location. The staff are very helpful and kind, the location of the hotel is very convenient, and I liked all the facilities provided from the hotel.

Nestled within Singapore's Arts and Heritage District in Bras Basah, the art-inspired Rendezvous Hotel Singapore is 5-minute walk from Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stations. I had a Club room which included access to a hospitality room where they served a continental breakfast and had snacks later in the day. I liked the convenience of it. there was also a concierge who could provide assistance or information as needed. The room was nice and big and the decor looked new. The bathroom was nice and included a Toto washlet toilet and a large shower but no tub. It was very quiet. I have stayed in this neighbourhood before and like it. It is close to several shopping areas and 5 minutes walk to the History Museum. It has excellent MRT connections. I had arrived early because I had disembarked a cruise ship. I informed the hotel of this on booking and luckily they were able to have a room for me right away which I was not expecting. The staff always remembered my name. The front desk was helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

Very very good location to Rochor MRT (Downtown "Navy-colored" line) Station (having Bus Stop too) in 3 minutes walking! From Rochor MRT Station, Little India MRT Station is just one stop away. Also, 10 minutes walking to both Bugis market and Jalan Besar MRT Station. From the hotel and Jalan Besar Station, it is Jalan Besar old area having good Indian cafes/restaurants as well as delicious Chinese restaurants. You can also walk to Bencoolen MRT Station in 15 minutes. Last but not the least, all the staffs are friendly and kind.

The Ibis Styles Singapore Albert is a 10-minute drive from the popular Orchard Road shopping area. It offers a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and free parking on site. Location was strategic. 7 Eleven is just few feet away. Night cafe is just next door. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There's one big electronic mall just walking distance and there's also food court at the basement. Bugis Street Market is also walking distance close to the hotel. I stayed on the 4th level and just next to the swimming pool.
