The location was perfect, close to the train station. Staffs are very nice and so very helpful. We asked them to deposit our luggage for a few days before we arrived and they made it so easy for us, SO that was a bonus point. I definitely would stay with them again.

The front staff went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. They were friendly, cordial, and most important understanding and helpful. My friends and I cannot speak a single word of Japanese but the front staff not only accommodated us with their English but actually went out of their way to ensure we got the help we needed when checking in, checking out, and even going as far as to call another hotel to be able to use their Yamato luggage transfer service. I wish I could rate them even higher.
