The level of customer service and the staff is excellent. Top location! Very close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco square. Small but very good breakfast with very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Water taxis can drop you off right in and out of the hotel’s entrance. You don’t need to carry tour luggages around the city.

My 4th time to Venice and never have I experienced it so comfortably as I did at this property. Beautifully done palace. Great location, everywhere is a few minutes walk and located within a peaceful square. Super friendly and attentive staff. Spacious room with a high ceiling. They have an elevator for those who can’t take stairs. Amenities within the room including a Dyson blow dryer, coffee machine, fridge. They have their own water taxi dock. Oh and what a delicious breakfast!

Located on the Riva degli Schiavoni, Londra Palace Venezia is just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. It offers free Wi-Fi, and rooms with antique furniture. Some offer views of St. This hotel has been our favorite in three weeks. It is so beautiful and in the best imaginable location. Breakfast and cocktails are divine and the staff is incredible. Hotel Londra Palace is a definite winner. Luxury at it’s best.

Set in a 15th-century building behind St. Mark’s Square, the small, elegant Relais Venezia is located in one of the city's oldest and smallest streets. The property was fantastic, it was clean, had a great range of amenities, was comfortable to be in and was very well looked after. The property was central to everything, we were never more than a 10 minute walk from anything that we wanted. The staff were the best part of our stay, extremely friendly, spent a solid half hour with us explaining on a map great places to walk to, how to get around the city easily and cheaply, what food to look out for, everything we hoped for.

Palazzo Priuli offers a quiet location and canal-view rooms, a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square and the Bridge of Sighs. The hotel is housed in a 14-century building set on the banks of 2 canals. Historical building in the heart of Venice, huge room- they have us a suite by surprise. It felt like staying in a museum - paintings, and art objects everywhere. View to canals - the water is literally under your windows. Quite, numerous options for dining everywhere. Lovely, helpful staff. Great beds and absolutely gorgeous bathroom. We didn’t take breakfast, as in Italy there are many great choices outside. 5 min walking from San Zaccaria - the pier from where you can take a boat to any other place in Venice or to the airport.
