Located in an elegant residential district of Graz, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Graz, Hotel Villa Rückert was built around 1900 and is surrounded by a quiet garden. Beautiful hotel with very comfortable rooms. The location was very good, a fair walk to the city center but in a very pretty neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

Sve je bilo super. Apartman u kojem smo odsjele je bio jako velik, švedski stol za doručak koji je bio vrlo dobar. Lokacija izvanredna, do samog centra pjeske ima oko 10-15 min. Za pušače ima balkon na prvom katu.

The apartment is really modern, taken care and super functional. We loved it. And it has a tram stop just in front of the door that allows you to reach everywhere really fast, even you can get walking to all the main attractions of the city.

This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!

Stan je izuzetno prostran, kreveti su udobni, kuhinja je imala sav potreban pribor, bila je i perilica suđa ali i perilica rublja. Lokacija stana je izvrsna, do centra je je potrebno cca 20 min lagane šetnje. Na par minuta nalazi se stanica javnog prijevoza. Parking je u dvorištu i lako se uparkira i na par koraka od ulaza u stan. Self Check In je odlično funkcionirao.
