We were met by a warm greeting, it felt so spacious. We were blown away by view. It’s in an area of london which is a little oasis. We were unexpectedly upgraded which led to complimentary mini bar and coffee machine. And to our delighted surprise we got guest of the day and got a lovely bottle of wine. Montserrat started the great experience with a warm greeting and couldn’t have been more helpful. Totally recommend this hotel
