The location is good, and it was easy to drop off my car hire and return to the airport. It's handy having the metro stop nearby to go into Porto or the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are good value for the money. My biggest issue is with the unfriendly and cold staff. I have stayed here on three separate occasions, and the staff always seem uninterested, not very helpful, and cold.

The beds were really comfortable, Breakfast was lovely. The people were really nice. A busstop right in front of the hotel, going directly to the city center was a big plus.
