The location is good, and it was easy to drop off my car hire and return to the airport. It's handy having the metro stop nearby to go into Porto or the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are good value for the money.
My biggest issue is with the unfriendly and cold staff. I have stayed here on three separate occasions, and the staff always seem uninterested, not very helpful, and cold.

We had such a lovely stay here. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night and would have loved to be able to extend our stay. Although we had an early flight in the morning and would miss breakfast, Paula very kindly left a breakfast package for us in the room to eat when we got up!
