The hotel is located close to the Shinagawa train station which is convenient to walk but be warned that it is uphill. The hotel itself was very clean and classy, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. What I loved most was the huge Japanese garden located on the property. It was beautiful to walk through, especially at night. There are some restaurants across the train station but we mostly left the area for dining and shopping. Great value for the property!

Unfortunately, there is little that I liked. Maybe just the size of the room and bathroom were good. However, you would expect it for a hotel one hour by subway from more central Tokyo. There is a lot to improve.
