Turners Hill sits in a good place with restaurants all around. Gets a lot of cyclists in summer, which some find a pain. Not far from glorious countryside, and the town of East Grinstead, which is well worth a visit. It has steam trains as well as an old church. We were visiting Standen House - a National Trust property...
We were visiting Standen House - a National Trust property just a few miles away. It’s an Arts and Crafts house by architect Philip Webb and famous designer William Morris. This is well worth the trip.. Can’t say much about Turners Hill - but it looked quite lovely

The Goodwood suite was comfortable, spotless and in very good condition. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We were also shown a sample suite in the newest block next to the car park - very spacious and well equipped though it is necessary of course to walk across to the main hotel to get to the bar and restaurant.
