The staff was very helpful - especially the girl at the reception named Dragana. She helped me for all my stay at the hotel and I am grateful to her very much ! Thanks a lot, Dragana! The location of the hotel is superb - not far from Houptbanhoff and Belvedere. And my room was quiet. Also the breakfasts were super - good choice of meals.

The design of the hotel and the room is very fresh. The breakfast was excellent, not big but very high quality buffet, we loved it! The location with the tram station within few meters to access the city center is really practical.
