The wifi connection was great, which was important to me because I had to work. Javi is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Very nice breakfast with home made tomato and carrot jams - must try! I’ll definitely stay there again when I’m back in Girona!

We liked everything and every member of the staff. You couldn't ask for a better service. The couple owning the place are generous and forthcoming. Nahomy, who manages the receptiin desk and many other tasks, is the most gentle, efficient and good-willing person we've ever met. And last but not least is Nahomy's sister, who is a steady helping hand at the weekends. The room was spacious and all the facilities were inside and functioned well. There is an elevator inside the building. Anyone who likes old buildings and old-fashioned style, will fall in love with this place.

I loved the ambience and the staff. The hostel felt like I was staying in an old house with lots of character. The sunroom was gorgeous, and the common rooms were lovely too. The staff was warm and friendly, although breakfast was a bit tardy – which stressed out one of my hostel mates, who needed to get somewhere.
