The location is great, studio is spacious and well equiped. Nice facilities and lovely breakfast with beautiful view. The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

Beautifully renovated apartment right in the center of Machico. While Machiko is not a touristy destination it's a perfect place to stay if you want to access several hikes in the area and we loved getting the local flavor of the town which is much less touristy than Funchal. The apartment was perfect in the best location one block from the water with lots of restaurants within a block, including a delicious coffee shop across the street. Completely new and clean. Everything was thought of down to the last detail, including a care package of local goodies. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. I initially was concerned about comments regarding construction, but while there was some construction the noise did not bother us at all.

Great location, close to the Ponta do Sol. You can hear and see the ocean right from your balcony. Beach is about 100m away, you only need to cross quite a busy street. There is also a nice, glazed private pool on the outside terrace as well as some sunbeds and parasols. Parking is free, on the street. We did not have any problems with street parking there.

The apartment is in a great location, right next door to shopping center and a 10-minute walk from the beautiful downtown area. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay.

Sarah was a super friendly host who welcomed me in the apartment and gave all kinds of tips about Funchal and the area. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had a comfy bed and a really good shower. The parking below the apartments is a big advantage. Location is perfect, it´s a short walk to the restaurants and city centre. I didn´t use the pool or roof terrace that much, but it has an amazing view and definitely great to have on the hot summer days.

We simply loved it and it way exceeded our expectation The view was spectacular und having a glas of wine, sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships from a distance is just holiday. The apartment is very well equipped, even coffee capsules, water, fruits and delicious bred has been waiting for us. But for us most strikingly was the warm hospitality of Andrea and Alex, the siblings running the apartment house. You feel so welcome and we were so greatly taken care of.Thank you😊
