This rating can only be a 10. The property is very close to shops, good restaurants and access to public transport. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The lounge area is an absolute delight. We made good of the gym and running track. Next time we’ll visit the cinema room and possibly use the BBQ facilities. Contrary to what previous guests mentioned in their reviews, I had no difficulty finding the car park, I was able to register my rental car for parking on the same day and i had no issues with check-in and check-out times. It is worth-noting that I called them about a day or two in advance to discuss these. I strongly recommend that.

The apartment was in a great location, easy to find and whilst it's in the city centre, it's very quiet. The hosts were very accommodating. As our flight got in very early, we were able to check in with ease. Beautiful apartment with a brilliant view of the city and close to bars, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need. Look forward to visiting again.

The flat is located in the Chinese quarter and it is run by the Chinese lady. The block of flats is a mixture of student accommodations and flats for the short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fairly large to be in a flat, and there is plenty of space in the lounge/kitchen too. Large windows provide plenty of lights everywhere. The apartment was in general very clean, but a few details were missed out. Check-in and out process is very easy, with key pickup close-by, strictly before midnight. Great location close to Broad Street, a brief walk away from both the city centre and the university campus.
