Általában csendes utcában. Világos, tágas, nagyon jó a két fürdőszoba és a két háló, a nappali kanapéja is nyitható. Hatalmas hűtő, mikró, kenyérpirító. Hosszabb tartózkodásra is kiváló. Rendezett és tiszta a lépcsőház, és a lakás, ami igazán minden szükséges felszereléssel rendelkezik. Külön köszönet a bekészített teáért és kávéért! Nagyon szerettünk ide hazatérni, a legközelebbi madridi tartózkodásunkkor is ezt az apartmant szeretnénk választani.

Jól felszerelt konyha és apró figyelmességek: kávé, tea, bevásárló szatyor, elektromos elosztó, mini fényképezőgép filmmel. Maga a lakás a praktikusság elveit követi, a tűzhely és a sütő használati utasítását QR kód beolvasásával érhetjük el. Az út túloldalán van egy piac, benne egy Mercadona szupermarket, ami tele van gluténmentes élelmiszerrel. Gyalogszerrel is majdnem minden madridi látványosság elérhető, de egy metró állomás is nagyon közel van.
