The whole apartment was super clean. Has everything what we needed for cooking. Even paper towels, sugar, salt , dishwasher with tablets, and a coffee maker with a couple of cartridges. Very warm and cosie place with amazing views towards mountains and lake Luzerne.

The room was clean with lots of kitchen appliances. The staff was nice and friendly. I liked that we stayed in part C and we could visit the pool facilities without having to go outside, as it was connected with the hotel by the underground parking. The free shuttle to Stoos.

Wonderful HEATED indoor and outdoor pools - free. Easy to get around on a local bus which stopped outside. Good food in the restaurants. Fantastic hikes to do in the area.
