Lovely, clean apartment in the heart of Basel. Maria is a fabulous host. Very friendly. She was most accommodating to requests, such as a late check-out. Also very helpful with recommendations of places to eat and navigating local transport. I felt safe and comfortable throughout the stay.

Great location close to the train station, but 20-30min walk from Basel city center. Very nice, modern and clean hotel. We really enjoyed the stay. I didn’t send my passport ahead of check in and had to do it in front of the hotel, this was seamless and I got an email reply in 2-3min and check in info was sent straight away.

The receptionists were very helpful. They were well prepared with maps on which they marked Christmas markets and the closest trams. They also provided Basel cards which were helpful when moving around the city. The room was big, tidy and included a kitchenette ( the kettle, combined with the tea bags from reception kept us warm). Also there are other appliances in the lobby that you could borrow. The buffet breakfast was quite diverse (having the option to make fresh orange juice was appreciated).

The apartment looks amazing, exactly like in the pictures advised. The tram station is 3 min walking. Quiet, safe and peaceful place regarding the location. The cleanness of the apartment exceeded expectations! I was literally walking with white socks inside the apartment and no stain found on my socks at the end of the day. Also, amazing ambiance and cooking facilities for a nice family dinner! Thank you, for accepting our staying!

The room was big with a Queen size bed and a private toilet. The room was well decorated and it had a small fridge and heating was great. The location of the hotel is 1 minute from the train station and it's in a great location. I really liked how Marc(the person that has the hotel) treated me. He was kind and understanding to every request I had and he tried to do all the requests I gave to him, believe me, I asked a lot 😅. Lastly, I have to say that the way we can check-in and check-out without speaking to anyone is something I really appreciate and I really like the idea. It gives you the privacy you need.
