I love everything, really, the staff are really nice. The capsule was definitely such a great experience. I thought it would be scary because it's a capsule but it didn't feel scary at all. They got a mirror that makes you feel not being trapped in a tiny place . It looks cool. Pretty modern. Nice place to sleep if you wanna look for a place to sleep immediately. They're open 24 hours . Unlike other hotels that implement strict check in time. I'm very satisfied

Capsule Transit KLIA 2 (Airside) - International Departure, Satellite Building, Level 2 ligger i Sepang, 45 km från IOI City Mall och 45 km från District 21 IOI City. I didn't read properly and battled to find the place. For first time travellers to Kuala Lampur, it is a bit of a mission finding it. But the airport and hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful when I eventually got there. I also did not read properly, in that you can only book in for 6 hours 😂😂😂 But all in all a good experience and staff were absolutely amazing. Thank you.
