Miles motel: dirty room in disrepair, broken fixtures, dirty a/c, bike pump stolen out of back of my covered truck, toilet didn't work properly, looked at mattress under the bottom sheet and it was gross, theoretically there was internet but didn't work. I paid a little over a $100 for one night and it might have been tolerable at $25. Many units occupied by long term residents.

Even though my credit card was billed when I checked it, the hotel made a second charge for the full amount plus $25. It took over a week for the second charge to be removed. The hotel said it was not its fault that the second charge took so long to be removed and that I needed to contact my bank. This was unacceptable.

Used to live here and have family living here still.
Used to live here and have family living here still. Used to stay with family when I visited but decided to stay at a motel instead. Chose this location due to where it was because it was close to family events. Also loved that it was close to the freeway. Walmart was close by along with fast food places. There were other attractions close by, but I came for family reasons, so I didn't explore any of those this trip.

Mesa is different.
Mesa is different. Depending on the kind of life you have, some may hate it. It's a place where it's hard to survive. Alot of homeless, it's hard to get into a rental so if you plan on moving here....buy a house. There are nice parts to mesa but when your on a budget and waiting to close on a house, you have to stay in the rough part of town, which is fine for me but even I had some run ins with some men when I first got here and I was like "did you really just come up to me and say that?". I hate the desert though. I'm a minnesota girl. You can't get better than the forest and all the lakes.

Management is the worst 10 minutes in they will have you escorted off the premises no matter how many confirmation numbers or emails you show them, they will have you banned for a whole year as well and including all your guests! Until the manager is fired I won't rest until she's finally off their payroll! #Justiceforthemanythatweretrespassedwhilehavingproofofbooking this is the venture on main by the way!

We needed a clean room for the night and we got what we needed.
The room was comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The area was very quiet. The front office man was very welcoming and showed us where to park and where to eat dinner.
Gene, the night clerk/auditor was awesome! So helpful and friendly! The whole staff was super personable and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had to be my favorite part though! As someone who is 6 feet tall, showers in hotels are usually not very enjoyable, but the shower in our room was tall enough that I didn't have to bend like a Circ Dis Ole performer! Loved it, and I have found my new place to stay whenever I'm in the Phoenix/Mesa area!
Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel exceeded our expectations. We stayed there because the price was relatively reasonable considering the season (spring training in baseball). Our stay was pleasant, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Although the motel is old, it has been very well maintained and was extremely clean! It was also quiet enough and comfortable enough, and the wifi worked well.
The Owners were extremely inviting. I felt instantly like I was home. The staff was always available for any of my needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mesa, Arizona.
To anyone visiting Mesa, Arizona vacationing, or on a journey to a new beginning..... SOUL searching.. . The woman who helped me with my room was extremely kind. I will forever be grateful for her
This hotel has been remodeled and renamed since we last stayed here, and everything is relatively new and modern; a definite improvement. Room with a King bed was spacious. Good downtown Mesa location, if that is what you need, on the Metro light rail line. This is a no frills property, but still a good value.
Liked the size of the room a lot and the fact that it provides coffee and tea, has a mini bar and microwave, large TV, workstation. Liked the breakfast. The hotel could do with an up grade, it looks a little run down both in common areas and in the room.
rooms dirty with nasty smell to the rooms, bed was a little dirty upon arrival. staff not very welcoming or accommodating and really hard to understand. definitely did not have a good night stay and will never book this hotel again!
Room smells bad , no housekeeping, no room services, no saucepan or silverware other hotels have all this with less money, not friendly, it's unbelievable , no coffe in room
Coffe machine they have no reg sugar , no cream its....
The pools were great and loved everything about this hotel😀 we weren’t feeling uncomfortable. Our children and other family members all enjoyed everything. It was very peaceful and well taken care of.
You have a great facility as we stayed there in the past, but one employee named Danielle was horrible. I now could never recommend this hotel to anyone. What a same what one employee can do.
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was good, beds were good. There was a gym and we could sit by the pool, relax and read a book nearby the pool. Staff was very friendly.
Evening Front staff are always very helpful and professtional. Breakfast variety and quality good, clean, comfortable beds. This is my go to hotel usually monthly.
What I liked about this was the location was right near the freeway and my family loved how the pool was had a fun time but was pretty decent hotel for the night.
Booking.com incorrectly lists this hotel as Best Western, but it was not. This reservation will be for another hotel next to a Walmart down the street.
